As a young boy playing on the street corners and local parks, Aaron Tighe, founder of One2Pro dreamed that one day a Professional Soccer player or Coach would come to visit and show him skills and techniques that would help him become a Professional Soccer player. How exciting would that be!

One2Pro answers that dream by bringing 92 pro skills to the palm of your hand.

If you want to learn soccer skills, our training app is designed to guide you along and help you learn soccer skills for beginners all the way to an advanced pro level. As an online soccer training program, it brings online soccer skills direct to you. You can choose to:

a) Simply view only the skill videos and follow the instructions or,

b) Be the One! by viewing the videos, practising and when ready uploading your videos to your One2Pro soccer Coach via the app. Your Coach will provide coaching feedback and commentary plus a Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal for each skill review for guidance.

Become a legend by achieving Gold medals for all 12 modules, for the chance of recognition to professional clubs, or simply improve your skills to build confidence and impress your teammates.

Of course, achieving a pro-level of technique is not easy. It will take time to practice, listen to the Coachs instruction and be determined to achieve higher levels. The Coach program is designed to run over 12 months with a player focusing on 1 module per month as a guide. It takes many years to develop pro-level skills consistently.

The 92 skills include basic and advanced soccer skills that need to be mastered with correct technique as well as challenging advanced techniques for those seeking to really impress and play at high levels.

The skill videos and instructions are spread across 12 training modules and are designed to mirror a one-to-one coaching session in the physical world, with a key focus + some variety all captured in one module.

Via the One2Pro soccer skills app, be guided from easy soccer skills for beginners, to the skills you see from the top players and legends of the game.
